Very dull and lazy service especially on Facebook. The personals inside can't provide the whole information what to carry and what materials are needed. Very bad customer service and too much bureaucracy and paper work. Facility is good but the staff are rude. Since Indian Embassy monopolized their visa services there no other option available.

It is a bridge between the person who is applying for Indian Visa and Indian Embassy. I found here mostly crowded, by crowded I mean hundreds of people. I found some staff rude, they don't tell you what to do in a kinder manner (some of them). The main problem is that at the first step that they are checking visitors' documents they reject for the first time for sure, they'll be telling you that go complete your documents and get back to us, they'll give a list of missing documents, then in the next day when you get all of the documents with you they'll give you another list of missing documents which is funny.
