Very poor service, tried to contact the office more than ten times ,no answer. As a customer I expected a better service at least someone could answer the call. Wondering what for they are sitting in these offices and getting paid for.

The staff here has no knowledge of Emirates policies. They implement their own orders with no respect to Emirates. For example, Emirates website clearly indicate that children under the age of 12 are not required to take PCR test to travel, but the staff here say that anyone over the age of 2 must take the test; our corporate office website is wrong. People have to follow what we want. They pretend they are a travel agency not an Emirates office. In fact, they love people buying new tickets and keep telling people to buy tickets at their office instead of online. They never answer their phone even if you call 100 time all day long. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING TO DEAL WITH THEM
