EUROCAR Rentals - Makina Me Qira

Worst experience ever. When we brought the car back they were looking for marks and spots and even taking pictures under the car. If we would have know that we should be looking under the car, we would have took pics when we got it. If you’re renting a car, make sure you have a picture of every detail of every part of the car. Rented a lot of cars in different countries but this experience made me anxious. Luckily we had good experiences with other companies. Never renting a car here again. Unfortunately I can’t respond on the reaction. I didn’t damage the car, but didn’t take pictures from underneath the car to prove it. If I was told to do that before I would have done that.

We have been to Albania twice and both times we were able to rent a nice car on very short notice, thanks to Niku, who was our host once and a great help, too. He and his friendly colleague Xheisi were very accommodating. Due to us being returning clients and taking good care of their cars, they even waived some extra fees. Would recommend 11/10!

We had a very pleasent experience with EUROCAR in Tirana. They offered the cheapest option of all companies and didnt even charged a one-way rental fee. Their communication was superb. I was asked for my route and got a proposal for the best car. I also got a reminder mail and they offered to transfer the car to their other location in Tirana. The car we rented had a lot of scratches and dents. So, I was told to take pictures and they did it too. There was no damage in their documents, so make sure to have the pictures, I needed them in the end. I also noticed that the spare tyre didnt match to the car, so make sure, you have the appropriate one. I got a small damage during my rental, because some other car bumped me. The police didnt want to give me the report, so I made photocopies. The rental company required them, so keep fighting for the report! With the report and the photos in my pocket, returning the car at the airport was easy and fast. I know this is a little company but they work very customer-friendly and have the cheapest offers.
