For sure a five stars review. I have recently starting going to Perla Dent and they are great. Dr.Lorena Duri is wonderful, she truly cares about her patients. She always answers any question that I have regarding charges and she is patient whenever I have to reschedule an appointment . Also the prices are very affordable compared to other clinics in the area. Thank you Dr.Lorena for making a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience ! For sure I will be back.

Best dental experience so far . Dr.Lorena has amazing patience and explains details so well, she is great with little kids also. I highly recommend her dental services. Her staff is also amazing and they are very accommodating. The clinic is beautiful and very welcoming as well .

There are wonderful dental clinics in Tirana, but this one is the worst by far. I went there over a year ago and I’m still fixing everything they did wrong. I made an appointment with Roland who runs the clinic and expected him to do the work, but he sneakily replaced himself with another (so called) doctor named Negreda who appeared to be just an apprentice then. He told me that she would just start the initial work and he would then take over for the most crucial part, but that is the last I heard of him. Negreda basically gave me the worst experience of my life, and not only was the procedure extremely painful but when it came to replacing the teeth she destroyed she was aesthetically challenged and colour blind. Looking at the comments section here I realise that she and the rest of Perla Dent staff go to great lengths to give themselves great reviews and pat themselves in the back (Negreda is a very unusual name, and it is clear that comments by users with that name or N.G. initials suggest that it is her). Once you step into that clinic you become just another walking dollar sign in their eyes, and they will do anything to scam you and give you an experience that you will unfortunately remember for a long time.
