Liked - Very nice rooms and interior decoration, comfortable bed. Breakfast is small but of high quality. Manager is nice and educated. Disliked · The room is VERY small. The staff is really hit and miss, some are rude and lacking basic manners, hotel etiquette and emotional intelligence. Many things are not maintained: broken WC buttons, air conditioning not cleaned for ages and stinking when on fan mode, the door lock apparatus lacking cover, the tables in the breakfast rooms swiveling and falling over, plastic low-quality napkins, very small soap holder in the shower. Other than that it's a good if not a bit overpriced hotel for the standards of service.

Price and service quality were balanced. Cleaning was good. Staff was concerned and helpful for us.

Awesome place stay and they care about clients so much also the white bus station is next door, you'll have access to downtown 5 stops for 40 lek for the price, I'm lucky
