You MUST go here! This restaurant is THE BEST place we've eaten anywhere in the world! The owner served us, and provided the best recommendations for pairing of food, the menu isn't even needed, trust him, he will not lead you astray. The only place we went back to eat again on our entire 3 week stay in Albania. The traditional food here will leave you disappointed in any other place you eat. The views of the city, cathedral, and mosque are wonderful as well. The Restaurant is on the top floor (walk up the stairs on the outside) and overlooks the old city.

Best place in Berat! Good food, always fresh, good prices. Friendly staff. I stayed in Berat one week and every day had dinner in Piccolo.

We had an absolutely delicious meal at this lovely family restaurant, great local traditional food. The son who served us was so friendly & hospitable, whilst mumma was making the food. We really enjoyed the house wine too :) Would definitely recommend.

The restaurant offers excellent view of the town of Berat. The employees are extremely kind and hospitable, and the food is fantastic. We tried few different Albanian dishes, and all was fantastic, freshly prepared and tasty. We'll definitely visit if we go to Berat Again. Thank you!
