Cafe Baço

Tourist trap. It offers a nice terrace on the view of Berat and the lady owning it seems nice but as they have no menu the trap came with the bill:3000 leks to share in three a dish of lamb with potatoes, a salad that the owner insisted we took, and 3 beers. Never ever paid one dish that expensive even in Italy. Tourists are not stupid, the lady owning it should be more honest. I will never come this place again, watch out!

Stayed at Guest House Baco & the cafe/terrace is up on top. Unrivalled views of Berat - it was just stunning & I definitely recommend it. If you have difficulties walking, it will be hard to reach as you walk uphill through lovely stone pathways. The room was a good size with another seating area outside the door and a shared fridge. Good WiFi too. We parked down the hill just off the main road. Didn't eat here but got a bottle of beer for 200 lek, which is pretty standard. I think they just had beer or coke.
