I am disappointed with the service of one of your staff members !!! Yesterday I made a reservation only through messages with an employee of yours named ERISA without giving the payment and I confirmed that today I would make the payment but for personal reasons I had to cancel the reservation and I apologized. Then your employee takes me on her cell phone and tells me what is the reason for the cancellation, which is why she does not have to ask me when it is something personal and finally why should I say it, the second one tells me to pay the penalty for the cancellation ?? What penalty should I pay when I made the reservation yesterday and I had not made any payment? !! The customer must also be informed in advance of cancellation policies. The tone of voice was high when talking to me. You need to know how to communicate with customers and keep them !!!!
