Nice place, but you should park in the beginning of the road and then walk 10minutes up to the hill.

It was not possible to get to the top on a moped, be prepared to walk uphill. You can take beautiful photos of the sunset. The monastery offers a beautiful view in all directions.

Beautifully located monastery, easy access, possibility to reach by car and bus. We've been twice but unfortunately it was closed every time.

By the time you get up, you really feel closer to heaven. The gate of the monastery is open to visitors and believers. Inside you will find an intimate still life and the temple is free to visit. When I was there, nobody was in the monastery, spending a quiet half an hour admiring the sea and the view of Saranda.
