Went on a tour with my wife and teenage daughter. The first tour guide kept hitting on my wife, giving her special attention. At first I ignored it. Then she told me the second night she felt a hand on her back side during a boat ride and turned around and it was him. No apology or excuse. So I called the agency and switched the guide. Then the second tour guide they sent was younger, and he started getting close to my daughter. I thought it might be nice for her to have a friend in a foreign country. But thy night she starts telling us, “he wants to come back to the UK with us daddy” ... My wife and I were shocked. But there’s more...my daughter told him how much money I make a year, and the boy came up to me and started telling me that I should give his family some money.... my wife felt sorry for him but I found this extremely unprofessional. The next day, he told us zero history in Kruja, and is constantly smoking cigarettes while taking our daughter to the side and talking to her privately. At this point I called the agency and asked for a full refund, stating how inappropriate this all had been . The owner refused to give us one, saying everything had already been paid for and they took no responsibility for the behavior of the 2 tour guides. We paid $2,700 for this trip and got nothing back. I recommend going to a different agency. This place is a scam and will not treat you fairly. They don’t like working for their money and think they are owed free handouts by tourists just for being a poor country. This agency is a joke.

Bad tour guides and they took my money and didn’t give a refund when I stopped the tour, and then they intimidated me to not tell the US embassy on them. They took advantage of me because I was an American citizen. I gave them 1500 for 9 days and only got 5 days with no partial refund. When I asked for a refund they lied and said “there’s a cancellation fee” that was conveniently the same price as the balance. When I mentioned this they threatened to deport me. Do not go to them.
