I had never waited 2 and a half hours in a bank, only here could it happen to me. I just had to close an account, and then the staff only thinks about laughing and getting the Red Bulls behind the desks !!

We are in the month of August (06/08/2018 and the situation is getting worse. The bank even if it is large works with only one branch. I have had to send emails and calls many times in the last 3-4 years, they promised me that they fixed everything but the situation got worse! Today is the third day I wait in line and I was unable to do my job, I only had 1 hour available to pay at the bank and I left because I could not do it again ... I hope they will solve it soon ... courteous staff.
