Genci & NRG Motors are amazing, if not the BEST dealership in all of Durres & Tirana. We are a family of 4 that recently moved to Albania for a teaching contract and our paperwork in the US is severely delayed due to the pandemic. Genci not only was kind and very helpful with all of the requirements, but he speaks perfect English and guided us through every step of the purchase. We purchased a beautiful low mileage BMW X3 shipped in from Canada. He set us up with an affordable rental while we waited the 2 weeks. His word is as strong as oak and when he gives you a price that encompasses everything, he means it. Tax, tags, registration, insurance we're all included in his quote. 1 year warranty on Engine & Transmission is standard. He has a great team to fix any issues that may arrive, a car wash to keep your new vehicle clean and a fresh cup of coffee & strong handshake everytime you stop by. I not only would recommend him to all of my teaching and ExPat friends, but to all of Albania as a whole.
