We had a great time at Joel Residence. From the first minute we came in hotel stuff were all friendly and kind, helped us for everything. We must praise for man and woman who were working on reception desk. They were speaking English almost fluent and were really friendly, also, we must praise waiter Shikim (who they call Shiku) who was always smiled, kind and helpful every day. Location is perfect, hotel is less than minute from beach and markets, exchange office, restaurant (everything) is near hotel. · What they should fix is to make breakfast more richer as the choice is really poor and they didn't have coffee included in breakfast (you can order it with extra charge). We had bad experience with one waiter who was always wearing black T-Shirt, he was always frowning, without smile, he never said any greetings and once he took bakshish himself without asking. When you don't leave him bakshish he made unpleasant gestures. Rooms could be more cleaner.
