OMG. I had the worst customer service ever. I went today at Delta Durrës to get some tiles for my apartment, around 72 m2. There was a tall skinny guy who works for the company and was not really interested to help us but he was acting like that. I asked him for tiles size 33x33 and he was showing us 45x45. I asked him about the price of a particular tile and he goes to me “ it’s 19k per m2 for the 45x45” I said tell me the price for size 33x33 and he goes “ if you’re interested I can tell you” I said tell me the price and I’ll see if I’m interested and he said “ I know the price of it but I’m not telling you if you are not interested” 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I left after this The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life I would even give 0 stars if I could, only because of him Nothing wrong with the business and I was ready to buy that tile but that guys attitude turned me off He is ruin the business with his bad attitude and his arrogance It’s a shame for a big company like Delta to have this kind of customer service I hope Delta will take action with this guy working there if they don’t want their business to fail
