The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the "Pedonale" of Shkodra. If you have arrived by car you can park it outside and go to the center walking. The zone near the hotel does not have entertainment, also the city, beside the center, "shuts down" early. The staf of the hotel is friendly and always smiling. They advised me where to go round Shkodra. If you have a car or have rented one, go for a "tave krapi" kind of fish in the Shiroka zone, Shkodra lake, and also visit Rozafa Castle. Remember to see that in the entrance of the Castle over the main entrance there is a rose in the wall (Roze ... Rozafa) and after the entrance see on the left a hole where is thought that the legend of the Rozafa girl was born. The nearest beach is Velipoja. Have fun!

The owner was incredibly rude, short-changing us, yelling at us, and refusing to call us a taxi. The description said there was a refrigerator and a bath in the room, but there wasn't. Would recommend one of the hostels closer to the main part of town, if you really want cheap accommodation. We stayed only one night here and moved to a hostel the next day, where the staff were friendly and the rooms as described.
