You should take more care of your customers regarding Covid19. I had to stand at the door while I made a copy of the keys to subtly hint that he should put on the chinstrap. There was no case.

I sent a copy and it did not work, when I went back they did not want to fix it because I did not have the original which I did not have anymore and that's why I had the copy made. Thanks to the manager who gave in and made a small adjustment. Now works well! Hurts the owner's attention
