Excellent job proposal. They never treated me so well in a gym. In all the gyms I went they always gave me a routine and left me aside. A month I left and nobody called me. Today I choose them because they are different. They listen to me, they follow me all the classes and they call me by my name !!!!!!!

Good place to train and make friends

It is very expensive for how poor its facilities are. They offer you a "personalized" that has nothing personalized because the teacher attends to another 10 students at the same time, the training itself is equal to that of any gym and they have very few bars and few elements, in addition to that if you train in the same time they buzz you can't even hear what you think because the music stuns. They really aim too high for what little they offer.

I went to this gym one year, it has functional training. The dynamics are good but the negative is that the classes are every hour and if there is no one at the time you go, they do not give you the class. It would be very boring to do it alone anyway. Since it doesn't have machines or treadmills, you have to leave and come back in the next hour and let there be more people. Classes last 45 minutes
