Truly great customer service and experience Used Stapletons this morning as my door wasn't locking correctly this morning, left my partner at home, stripped my door down with what they wanted and took it in the shop Straight down to the point, no nonsense stripped the gearbox of my pvc door down and fitted a new one in around 20 minutes after first looking at fixing the old one... Just under £60 later, one happy customer and one repaired door later Also... Looks like their shop as been revamped, must say it looks pretty good at the moment Uploaded two new photos 👍🏼 Keep up the great work guys, much appreciated for your no nonsense, fast turn around and great customer service Highly recommend to anyone ever in doubt over anything lock / door related

I've used Stapletons for many years in various places i've worked and always found them to be very professional and excellent in their field from opening locked and broken safes to supplying security keys...on this occasion i had two ABS keys cut within 10 minutes , these would have been three times the cost at the downtown shoe repairers and postage added ..both keys worked first time as i expected...thank you David....
