Nesuto Canberra Apartment Hotel

The evening receptionist is amazing. She deserves a raise. She fully accommodated all queries while booking and was extremely helpful for me and my wife, especially in a hard quarantine situation. I feel if proper guidelines for quarantine check in are put in place, this place is no less than a home away from home.

Mixed feelings, we stayed here for two nights for a short break with my family. Staff here are very friendly, location was excellent and beds were very comfortable. Although they seemed some what clean I did find numerous piece's of old chewing gum stuck to the doors frame of one bedroom and when going outside to the balcony, we found it too be very dusty and unusable which was disappointing for my children. The furniture in the lounge area is also old and starting to fall apart in places. Dining chairs are stained and dusty which is not what you expect for a motel. Kitchen is amazing and was very clean and accommodating loved the little dishwashing soap and dishwasher came in handy. I would use them again but not if I wanted a luxury stay.

The rooms are terrible. Bathroom doors are stuck and won't latch...there was a constant ( loud) buzzing noise all night which woke up my kids. Will never stay with any Netuso Apartment in the future and recommend anyone to avoid.

I stay at Nesuto every time I visit Canberra, which is often enough. The hotel is very close to all the shops. The rooms are great and the staff is very helpful. I have stayed in multiple different rooms and they all had perfectly functioning kitchen including dishwasher. The bed is also really comfortable. All appartments including the studio are a comfortable size.

Such an amazing place.The hotel it beautifully presented. Definitely a new favourite. Loved the atmosphere, food was good.The staff were attentive and friendly both in reception and the wet deck. Nice clean rooms with all the essentials. Very convenient access to Canberra Center.Would. recommend to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle even if only for a few days.
