No idea why you guys give them high rating. They sure know how to make money from customers. They always send your unattended parcel to a local post office which is at a convenience of the driver, then Force you to pay for transfer fees.nFor a letter size parcel. They meant to taje our parcel to unconvenient post office loxation, in order to make money from transfer fee. Very smart service.

I go to this post shop every week to post parcels overseas and their service has always been great. The staff are super friendly and are always very helpful.
