We are running a business in Manilla and have guests staying with us who receive business letters and mail to our adress, so we have to rely on the service of our local postoffice.nnIn the last two years, since we started here, we are very happy and thankful for the great service supplied. We get notified on time for every incoming mail and in case of issues or the mail takes longer (Covid19...), a phonecall is enough and the friendly and helpful staff deals with the problem.nnOutstanding service and very reliable!

Difficult staff to deal with.nWas informed a second party could pick up parcel, for them to drive 1hrs out of their way and be told they could not pick up parcel - though no signature required.nHave been told multiple times there was no parcel, until they looked properly and found it.nI understand people get busy and attention to detail isn't consistent, but there is solid room for improvement.

Can't deliver to the right address no matter how many parcels you order. Incompetent staff. Totally unreliable. They don't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely pathetic
