KFC Kooragang

Worst tasting KFC in Australia - Don't go there unless you want soggy tasteless chicken. Staffed by a bunch of kids who look 12 although it's not there fault, they are kind and courteous and try their best. The place needs some Senior management to help these kids who are trying their best but lack direction and tutelage. The franchisee needs to stop staffing the restaurant with minimum wage employees to reduce their overheads and start investing in more experienced employees to train, guide and support a bunch of young kids trying their best.

Went in around 9 pm to get some chicken after a long day of work only to find out that they'd just sold what they had ready to a big order and a new batch was on but would take around ten minutes. The staff where very apologetic and suggested to swap it out or I could just wait. I was psyched for some dirty bird and ten minutes is no biggie on the grand scheme of things. They handed us our three drinks and we parked up. True to their word the chicken was ready in ten.nThey brought out fresh chicken that was cooked perfectly. They upgraded all our meals to large and even gave us extra drinks and threw in some dinner rolls. Top crew working hard to give us folk (who can't be arsed cooking) a decent chicken meal. Very pleased

The service was excellent the food was nice and hot everyone had a nice smile

This place is a joke. Went there and one of the twisters we ordered didn't even have a fillet on it. When we went back the guy who made it said he definitely put it on there and laughed about it. Very poor customer service.

Had wicked wing cooked fresh. Awesome
