Bruce Rock Hotel

Food was great! The girls were lovely at the bar. Price of food was highish no extras . Room 4 toilete smelt terrible. The bed was the worst bed ever matresss is just foam. No cutlery. Dead blow fly's everywhere in the room .

Would not recommend staying here to anyone, a disgrace to Bruce Rock and WA. Lucky to get one star. Only the food and younger staff any good. Older member of staff very rude and also chose to berate younger staff in front of paying patrons when obviously they were trying to learn. Rooms appalling and absolutely no security as key to units open more than one door! Both booked units had problems, door didn't fit or lock properly, first thing you see on entering is a very stained bed base, ill fitting curtains, lights that don't work inside or out, reverse cycle units in both rooms out of order, TV not working, holes in blankets, no electricity in the morning, no bedside table and the list goes on... Who inspects and vets these hotels and gives them licence to operate? Will never stay here again, not a good experience.

Food was nice. Room was ok.

Free pool on a sunday but also an untrustworthy parmi 🤷‍♂️

Total rip off go somewhere else.
