Very impressed by the quality of this jewellery shop. All employees are focused on customer service and good price with great quality. Most importantly, the after-sale service is always there: I changed a battery on a watch, got another repaired (movement) and a valuable watch band re-modelled. I work close to their shop and every time I pass by, I get a warm hello, a quick verification that all my items are still performing as required, or a moment of their time to spontaneously show me the progress on my watch band (done by the boss). All other shops should follow this example, they deserve your business, never disappointed.

Had a great experience with Raffy at Mr K watches and jewellery! He fixed and cleaned two of my gold braclets perfectly and quickly.nnI had intentions of going elsewhere but he showed amazing customer service when my mum was buying a clock and i decided to go with him. Im glad i did!!!nnWill be recommending him to friends and clients.
