JB Hi-Fi Warriewood

This has to be one of the single best examples of high quality customer service and exceptional product knowledge that I can think of! Never have I felt more accepted in a retail environment than when set foot into the Warriewood store. I personally am the ripe old age of 73, and the staff made no inclination that I lacked the capacity to learn. They were patient and respectful. I will definitely shop here again!

I went into this store to make a purchase. I was totally ignored and stood there for 20 minutes as the younger generation came, got served and then left. As I walked out I asked the Security Guard if he could see me? He answered off course, why do you ask, I told him that the staff obviously could not so I thought that maybe I was invisible. I’ll never go in there again Nor would I recommend this store. Very disappointed, Such is life. I’m in my 70’s and did not expect this when I entered the store.

Surprising good branch for its size, very good dvd selection compared with other small jbs

Emma was very helpful and friendly when she assisted us in purchasing a Nintendo Switch. Even when we asked way too many questions.n10/10 would shop here again

It would be nice if someone could answer a phone. If they advertise they open at 8 , open 8 not 9!!!!!
