I have been coming here for a year, it used to be fantastic for me, it was one of those brow places that you can just show up and your eyebrows will be done beautifully everytime. That's how good it used to be for me....Until yesterday 26/4/21 in warriewood, I went there and this woman did the service in 2 minutes or less, with no care at all, I still have these tiny stinging cuts, AND took a piece out of my eyebrows. I have been living with my eyebrows for nearly 29 years now and I know exactly how my eyebrows look like. She dared to say that that's how it always looked like. She never apologised or took any accountability for it. It's such a small thing sure, it will grow - sure. But blaming me for what you did wrong? Raising your voice and quickly getting rid of me out of the shop and no apologies? That was not okay.nI understand we have our bad days and would easily forgive this if you had apologised and admitted your mistake. But now, I will never come back to the shop from warriewood.nnI drove all the way to balgowlah and this other girl was understanding and offered me help but I did not want any tinting done, I've never done it, I am too cautious to apply tinting in a area that was still stinging. Thank you dear lady that works there.nnThe attached photo is from today, nearly 24h later.
