We had our family Christmas meal there. Was really great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the meal was great too. Loved that we had access to the pool as well. The air-conditioning was off when we arrived, so it was hot. We asked them to turn it on. Desserts were ok.

Really disappointing. Best described as an upmarket backpackers. The bathroom was so bad I would not have been tempted to wash a dog in there. Getting a simple battery replaced in a tweeting smoke alarm was to hard for the staff it seems. Way over priced (even for the Pilbara) and best avoided.

No frills motel. Clean well serviced room with friendly staff. Has pool but neglected gardens. Menu includes a Super Salad to die for. Other meals well made and tasty. Breakfast at this time (covid19) cold and a disappointment. Not cheap but comparable to others in Karratha.
