We underwent preventive examinations for the suitability to work in Bulmarket Rail Cargo EOOD, a railway carrier in Ruse.

At the very end of the 19th century, a magnificent building was built on one of the busiest shopping streets in Ruse. It fully embodies the beauty of the architecture of its time, and at the same time is designed to bring profit to its owner. People from Ruse know it as the House of the Sailor. The house was built in 1898 for the home and shops of the rich Ruse merchant Panayot Spasov, also called "Gavaz". Translated from Turkish, it means "bodyguard, armed guard". Historians suggest that before the Liberation he was in Turkish civil service. The building is built on an area of ​​400 sq.m. and consists of ground floor, first floor and attic. The merchant's apartment had ten rooms, six of which faced the street. The entire ground floor and the corner facade to Slavyanski Blvd. are lined with stone. The architectural forms and ornaments on the front are also made of stone. The two entrances - for shops and for the home, are separate, but are equally shaped with stone profiled frames and are decorated with ribbons and floral ornaments. Above the windows stand beautiful gables on consoles with acanthus leaf. Two towers complete the silhouette of the building. It is a cultural monument of local significance because of its rich exterior architecture, which stands out with stone carvings, architectural details and a moving silhouette. On the ground floor there were three shops for colonial goods, which were loaded directly from the port. In 1935 Ruse became the center of Danube shipping and then the shipping company "Bulgarian River Navigation" was established in the city. For more than 50 years, this building has been known to the people of Ruse as an administration and cultural home of sailors.
