For me it was one of the best banks. I felt that the little money I have would not be in better hands until I requested its services. I had an emergency and needed to withdraw money quickly from an ATM at kilometer 17 of the Duarte highway. We do not have ATMs for that reason I had to use one of Banreservas .. the cashier swallowed my card and I had to go to the bank when boy the boy tells me if they are coming tomorrow to deliver you I told him that it was fine today indeed I am going to abuse my card another boy attends me and he tells me that I must pay 250 pesos ok for many it must be very little but not for me since it is not my fault that they do not have ATMs in many places and that from 9 paraca they do not have a single ATM I explained that to him, boy, that I am one hundred dissatisfied because it was not the fault that the cashier had already swallowed it and he said to me well you should have used one of ours I repeat that it was an emergency and there is no cashier serca I said please mention me one and I will go easy ila then replied that if I a hundred that do not suit me for that reason, I should look for other banks than if they have them, which made me feel worse since he did not give me an explanation if he did not tell me that he will look for another bank and told me in a few words how unimportant I am as a client today is probably not a client that generates a lot of profit but who knows where I may be in the future to anyone or here can tell you how bad they made me feel at that time I hope someone really can understand why I am so angry.
