Government institution whose mission is to promote the development of textile MSMEs through training in textile production. Over the years, it has certified thousands of women and men in various training actions to guarantee knowledge of the textile profession. In addition to their various locations in different cities of the nation, they have also built and equipped about 30 warehouses that act as training and production centers, delivered to women's associations in very vulnerable places through surprise visits by the President of the Republic. .

These days I went to buy some sheets of paper ministers and it is an injustice that each sheet costs 10 PESOS, when there are places where they cost 2 for 5 or 3 pesos each, THEY HAVE TO IMPROVE SO THAT THEY CAN HAVE MORE BENEFITS, IT IS NOT GOOD ABUSE OF POWER.
