Vet Center

They seem professional and competent but the customer service is almost unbearably bad. Slow to answer emails. Vet is always running very late, which makes the small waiting area a bit chaotic.

Today we had to put our German Shepherd puppy to sleep. She was diagnosed with distemper about two weeks after we got her. Yokeiry helped us get a plan to try and fight the virus (it is almost always deadly in puppies but it seemed like we caught it early). After a week and a half of treatment, it became clear that she wouldn’t make it. Yokeiry from Vet Center was soooooo great through the entire process! She gave us hope at the beginning that maybe we could get her through it, took the emergency phone overnight to make sure we could call her, and encouraged us as we made the hard decision to put her to sleep. She was a blessing to me and I’m sure is a reflection of the entire Vet Center staff. We are so incredibly thankful for this place even though our Charli girl didn’t make it. Thank you

All possible care and more for a furry friend, excellent in all areas, I met them since I adopted my cat in this veterinary clinic and the times I have had to go they have detected and healed his ailments.

Very disappointing. I took my puppy for a month to the hotel and what I received was an undernourished puppy, dull hair, with 7 pounds less than what I had to have and with a thirst and atrocious hunger. They never called to tell me anything about this and the worst. I asked for an appointment with the owner several times and it could never be possible. Not even the face could give. 22 thousand pesos later that was what I received. Nothing .. I'm still waiting for the appointment.
