The church of Sant Pere de Púbol, built between 1327 and 1341 is Gothic. It has a single nave covered with pointed vault and closed by polygonal apse. At the southern wall, side chapels are opened, one dedicated to the Virgin Mary, with sculptural decoration from the 15th century and the other from 1631. In the seventeenth century the choir and the eighteenth, the sacristy were added. The facade is centered on a cover and a late Gothic rose window. At the top there is the tower-bell tower. Until 1936 he kept a gothic altarpiece by Bernat Martorell, now in the chapel of Sant Pere de la Catedral de Girona. The castle building, although weakened by subsequent reforms, retains much of the inner structures of the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries.
