Had to put 1 star as wasn't a an option for 0! This company is awful! My partners car had been hit and they day after I was in my house and heard people talking outside very clearly heard one say ' that young boy in there I hit his car last night' initial reaction I opened the door to see who it was and seen clearly phone my partner which was 2 mins away from the house and also the company as the van was parked outside. Women on phone was very arrogant and rude with no people:customer service skills let her know about the situation and police would had been involved and will be questioning there guy on the job to who had hit my partners call after hanging up 5 minutes later I recieved abrupt knocks on my front door the point I though it was gonna cave in! It was the driver from earlier and was calling me a spastic making up stories ect! Why was he so defensive if he wasn't involved with my partners car is the questions? And acting sheepish when I opened the door when I heard they hit the car.Horrible customer service from office staff and also workers do not use this company unless you like getting called a liar and every other name under the sun, awful doesn't even cover it!

This company cudnt have done anymore for me. My carpets and suite are like brand new, I’m over the moon.
