Beauty Spot - Coylton

Was there today. This was my second visit. Shan't else is very friendly and does a wonderful job with my hair. Moved to Coylton a few months and I am pleased that I have found a good hairdresser. Would definitely recommend it.

Destroyed my hair. Pulled at it when brushing. Called in for a bleach and tone and they told me no probs. When i arrived they refused bleach and said a high lift colour would do.... even though my hair was all bleached. Very long and thick. After that they reluctantly tried to correct a high lift root they done rather than my usual bleached rooy to long bleached hair and would have let me walk out with orange roots on easily liftable roots. They tried actually doing what I called in for and bleached my root after i cried. They bleached for no for longer than 10 minutes. I walked out Orange on the root. Product not washed correctly and itchy scalp. Sore scalp from pulling at my hair. When i said it was hurting me she did it harder. Literally the worst experience of hair dressing in my life. 6 months later I have to write what happened ...hair is now in terrible condition because of the incompetence and unprofessional behaviour from the hairdresser with short brown hair. Forgot her name ... but hope you don't do that to anyone else because "you burned your own hair with bleach" no wonder with your stupidity !

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Best place ever for a massage!
