An Excellent service provided by Lee and the team @ Ayr Audi. The manager has put some great processes in place that means that every customer is treated with honesty to deliver a fair price and an effortless buying experience. The process in place when buying the car is all done online and without having to travel to the dealership to sign documents. An ideal situation especially during the local restrictions. Advertised a car 5 weeks before you even had it! All the first point of contact wanted to do was get me to the showroom for a car you didn't even have! Any idea what mood I would have been in if I had traveled there to find this out? Do you seriously think you would have been able to hook me onto another car? The only reason I got anywhere with this was via the Edinburgh dealership, even after that you were clearly weeks away from having the car!

I just wanted to reiterate that the service I received from Jason Dunlop was world class there was nothing that was too much bother. He went over and beyond what I normally receive from dealerships and although the car was not to my specification in the end he tried everything to source one for me. I will be recomending Ayr Audi to my friends in future and my father in law who currently drives an Audi.

Cost of having a service completed was very pricey. My service was completed at a designated VW/Audi garage at a fraction of the price quoted by yourselves. I would rather it was done in house, but saving money is important as well.
