Staff are very friendly and professional with their dealings with customers. Helpful and efficient. As a main Volvo dealer the charges are reasonable. My car was handled with care and professionalism. I would recommend this dealership.

For a garage calling itself 'Prestige', the service certainly is not. Staff couldn't be more helpful until your credit card has been swiped. Defects with the car which Parks agreed to fix as part of the sale are still outstanding 5 months after the sale, and their fantastic warranty which they push heavily as part of the sale doesn't seem to be valid for any defect which arise anytime within the warranty period. It's almost impossible to speak to anyone at this garage after you've made a purchase (unless they think you're a new customer/victim). 1 star because its impossible to leave none.

Brilliant service, very knowledgeable salesman about the products, could answer every question. Best experience out of 3 other local car dealerships we visited recently. Very happy with the deal and the car. Thanks

I recently bought a Mercedes GLA from Parks Volvo Ayr. From initial enquiry, they send over a video walkthough of the car. Upon visiting their site they were extremely helpful. Sales Exec John Glass went above and beyond for me even after I purchased the car, assisting with changeover of plates, forms, etc. The car is in great condition, a fair price offered and honest, decent price for my part exchange. Ordered a motability car , Volvo SC40 in January , due to COVID collected in July , wasn’t given a proper handover because of COVID , this I understood and accepted . My last car was an Audi Q3 which drove like a dream but the Volvo drove with very hard suspension , like a sports car ?? I have been ill & have now only done 500 miles & its November 5 months I’ve had the car , I’ve now got a slow puncture & when my husband put air in the tyre the pressure on all the others was 340 , the manual & the door plate state clearly 240 !! No wonder it drove so hard , to state this was dangerous is an understatement . I phoned parks & explained how ill I was and how I could have been killed if the tyre had blown 100 over safe pressure all round . The awful woman I spoke to more or less called me a liar , couldn’t believe it took this length of time to discover despite being told how ill I had been . I am disgusted at my treatment and will take this further .
