Usually very good. But I took my car in the other day to have the Air con charged up and was quoted £270 for an Air conditioning service as it was not covered under warranty. Took it to KwikFit+ at Anniesland in Glasgow who did a full Aircon check and charged it up for £129. Will be getting all my non warranty work done else where if this is the difference in cost.

This is my 4th Jaguar Car purchased from Parks Jaguar Ayr and I can honestly say that the service I received from them has always been excellent.
Any issues I have had with my cars have been dealt with promptly and efficiently, never once have I been disappointed with their customer service.
In fact even recently when Jaguar U.K. would not accept a warranty claim, Parks very graciously and generously agreed to remedy the problem for me.
I have no hesitation in recommending this franchise and will continue to purchase from them in the future.
