Had a great experience with Ross, what a gentleman, absolutely no pressure put on us. I genuinely think the nicest salesman I've ever encountered he made test driving the vehicle as calm and relaxed as possible compared to other garages, especially significant given the current climate. We were allowed to take it out ourselves and have proper test drive.

Great prices only reason for 4 stars is cars shouldn't have faults when looking at then instead of fixing after we have it

Very poor service, Ayr branch wrongly diagnosed a problem with noise from engine bay on the car, they completed work that was not required on car to rectify what was not a fault, this on a car that we had purchased from them, They charged us fully for that works, we did get a slight rebate for that works, but only when we challenged why works had been completed. Branch went on to repair the root cause of the cars problem, however in doing so they changed out the faulty diesel gearbox on the car for a petrol one???. Took an age to get the work corrected properly, and a correct diesel gearbox fitted. All works finally completed, with no one giving an apology for wrong works being done initially, or time taken for full repair, this even from the top of the management tree when they were told of the facts via phone and email, for what was a shabby, unprofessional experience. Will not be back at Bridgend, would give them a zero star if system allowed. And people should also read the reviews on Trustpilot I wish we had.
