just bought another car from ingrams nothing short of pristine condition, i would,nt go anywhere else ,sales men are always well mannered and not pushy,,

Wouldn't go near this garage if they were giving away free cars! And if you love your friends and family would stay well clear! Sale guys are a couple of sharks waiting to grab your money and send you away on a death trip, thousands of pounds lighter. Your choice. But this is my honest opinion!

Well... having just purchased a vehicle, I found that Ingram's garage had serviced the car for the last 4 years... Needing a copy of the service history I contacted them and spoke with Michael... He informed me that he had not a single second in the day to deal with my query...now I thought the call had been misdirected to a sports sweatshop factory somewhere in the far East...and this chap was stuck there!! Whilst on the other phone to Bob Geldof to try and organise some aid for Michael....I asked if he might be able to do the screen grab and email the shot by next week.... The phone went down and I heard a lot of verbal abuse..now I don't think it was directed at me the customer.. probably a troop of gibbons were ransacking his sports wear. Michael then came back on to the line and puts the phone down on me... Poor show Ingram's for what would have been a 2 minute job. Don't worry Michael the UN are on their way to give you a tea break..

Best experience I've ever had buying a car. Very friendly and no pressure, nothing was a bother and everything was presented clearly. Would have no hesitation in dealing with them again, George was excellent and a pleasure to do business with. Lastly, delighted with the car!
