B&M Store

I was very muchos viven a huge helpfull and successfull assistant who by even being so busy totally allowed himself to director me in choosing an appliance but alzó with a true knowledge in just why I would gain more from choosing the best at only by demonstrating how much in success to the cheaper model I would gain. Also store could 19 safe plus well organised at a very busy time. Well done professionally and also with customer care. I will return to this store at any time .

I have health issues. The checkout at the car park is always unmanned. If I do find staff I am told to go to the front of the store. Then I have to walk back with my shopping. I am not always able to do this. Today I was told it’s due to shortage of staff. But they had 2 staff on the front till and none in the back. ????? I also saw 4 customers come into the store and did not use hand sanitizer. Why ????

Good verity, good prices, great parking facilities at rear of shop.

Staff are always nice and friendly and do their best to help customers (even the difficult ones) if they don’t have it in stock they will try their best to contact other local stores to see if they have the item. The store is kept tidy and well stocked 🙂

It's my favourite shop just now but I spend too much money in it 😁
