Never been in receipt of such poor customer service. No welcome, no thank you, completely ignored my question, turned back on me and began chatting to another staff member. The entire time, I was polite. Cant say the same for the blonde haired women serving. Awful service.

Queued up for ages to get a coffee right in the middle of a Saturday lunchtime. Clever people put their coffee machine in cleaning and couldn't serve for 20 minutes. Very amateur.

Lovely food, extreamly rude staff, no please, thank you or any kind of greeting at all. Asked for a bag and the girl huffed and muttered something.. Won't be going there again!! Staff need desperate training in customer services.
