Purchased diesel last week, took advantage of an offer while in the shop, checked receipt after paying and noticed they had charged me full price not the offer. When I questioned this the sales assistant shrugged his shoulders and said it doesn’t scan. I pointed out they have advertising on the shelf edge quoting an offer price and he said to take it up with the manager, who conveniently wasn’t there! Asked for a refund which he did. Asked why they bother having offers if the don’t scan and he just shrugged his shoulders again! Wouldn’t give me an email so I could contact management. Won’t be using these rip-off merchants again, I appreciate mistakes happen but this guys attitude needs sorting.

Friendly and helpful staff. The garage doesn't have customer toilet facilities, which was an inconvenience :-). Despite that, the staff let me use the staff loo instead.
