Carly is a friendly, calm yet enthusiastic instructor who tailors her classes excellently to appeal to a variety of abilities. Highly recommended. Thanks for the great sessions Carly, let's hope there are plenty more!

Pilates with Carly is wonderful!! The class is well thought out and organised. Carly easily adapts the session to all abilities. Carly herself is lovely, patient, warm & welcoming. Carly ensures all members involved are doing the correct techniques, e.g. I am new to Pilates and did not have great form and she politely corrected me. I loved the session and I will be returning!!! Definitely recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first Pilates class with Carly. She explained all the exercises clearly and always gave options on how to progress the exercises. Whether you’re new to Pilates or been doing it awhile. Carly is a great teacher 👍🏻

Fantastic Pilates teacher who set up a personalised programme for me which has done wonders for my long term back problems. Carly is also a trained Physiotherapist which makes for a great combination for all round treatment.
