Copantl Hotel & Convention Center

Very nice property. I stayed for 2 weeks. The food at the restaurants is very good. Laundry was same day as advertised. The bed had a little sag on one side but basically acceptable. My air conditioner was very noisy but it may be normal. The pool area looks beautiful but I did not have time to go. Security is good and it is in a safe area.

La Churrasqueria has an amazing quality in the dishes with an excellent service from the waiters. However, the policy of only 3 bills per table is a bit of a hassle when the table has different people.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. This hotel is a complete joke and not good at all the food the service and the staff. We had originally gone to Honduras to have a good experience and came back with salmonella due to this hotel not having a proper chef at the pool area. I had ordered a burger with fries and when I start eating the burger I have noticed that the burger is completely raw and I told the staff right away. Also I had ordered a beer and I was told to not drink in the pool yet everyone else was drinking.... Which I have evidence. I had put my drink at the table and gone to the pool I come back and they had taken my beer and they weren't responsible for it. Which I had to still pay. HORRIBLE service and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
