I know that executives do not review comments but customers do! Almost 20 minutes have elapsed waiting for the invisible client who attended a lady to be attended when we had two clients waiting… lastomasanete it is more important to wait for the clients who visit an office… it is assumed that for BP the clients are important but here it is clear that it is not so ... many years ago at the beginning I remember a very active young woman the service icon was concerned about the welfare and attention of time .... but well that was the beginning ... now It is far from that time ...
