Montaña Santa Emilia is perhaps Danlí's best kept secret. Once a coffee farm, this private protected area is now home to Howler Monkeys, toucans, orchids and a countless other wildlife.
The experienced hiker will be challenged to follow a trail along a narrow stream and up the mountain. Families, children and inexperienced hikers can have fun walking a dirt road leading to a couple of view points and to an old coffee farm house, Santa Emilia's headquarters.

It was amazing, it's a paradise hidden closely to the city. Feels like going to Narnia, good vibes. You must visit Santa Emilia.
