If you want to send parcels within Indonesia go to JNE or another parcel service. Heavier than 2 kg or valuable things are not accepted or sent with special services at a horrible price.nStaff not always friendly (sorry a little smile would help sometimes)

If you expect international mail they REFUSE to even send it to your address. You always have to pick it up at their counter, which is just open until 15:00 on weekdays.

My package already arrived in Indonesia since one month ago but no information til' today unless you chase them. At the end, you have to go to the pos office to pick up your package because for certain tracking code they have no obligation to deliver to your place nor inform you. What a silly service! You better close Pos Indonesia.
