Had an issue with them: booked a horse riding tour with them (quite expensive, around 50 USD pp) in Canggu. When we arrived there we saw the horses in a very bad condition and were completely disappointed by that, so we complained. Their answer was very correct and they even suggested a refund. After some days of exchanging messages and after they confirmed that they had retired the listing, we were refunded. Good communication and good customer service on that part.

Airport transfer to and from the airport was on time and very professional. The price is also (a bit) cheaper than the standard online. Great if you want a hassle free entry and exit from Bali. I would book this service again and recommend it to family and friends.

The staff was very helpful and professional, with cheaper prices than any other company.nBalisuta arranged all of my itineraries during my stay in Bali, from airport transfers, tours around Bali, to boat transfers to Gili. Definitely will go with Balisuta next time I visit Bali.
