Beware! I had a very bad experience with these guys.nOn Monday 21 October, 2 workers came to tell me that the problem was a bad foot valve. The pump was (and is) running every 6-8 minutes, building pressure, then leaking off, causing the pump to cycle on again. The problem with the foot valve made sense, but they tried to charge me RP1.075.000 for the valve, but I went to the local supplier and purchased one for RP380.000. Then, when we were done putting the valve on the end of the existing pipe, they left, charging us RP600.000 for the labor. But the problem was still there. It seems that the pipe in the well casing is leaking, and was the initial cause of the problem. We contacted them last week, and they were supposed to come on Monday 28 October, very first thing. They have not come. They have hanged up the phone on us. They have turned off their phone. They have given us fictional arrival times, twice. They are still a no-show. They are not worthy of my business, and I hope that you do not give them your business, either.

The pack still leaked, sir, still can't pull water, the contact pole is only read. What is Nike? How come it's like getting out of hand?
