Best Doctor,,, good staff, good location, the places very clean, comfy, and the staff very friendly, its show truly balinesse kind, use BPJS for the surgery i didn't get a trouble here, no discrimination for BPJS or Public. I been hanlde with Dr.Gede Indra he really humble, friendly and so kind, rrally understand with our condition and want the best for his patient. Really happy with all service, I wish this Hospital keep their standart and actually i dont want sick anymore but if next time my family member have accident or something(Fingercross) will choose again here.

I was here when my child was sick with a cough, and I asked for a red stomach because my child was swollen like that. Eh, the pediatrician said it was a tumor. As a new mother, she was shocked, and as my child grew, it turned out to be a birthmark. Her son's doctor was also in a hurry without explaining anything. The public, paying high prices, is only examined without explanation.

Waiting too long is not because there are many patients, but the administration / registration is too long, including files that are constantly being asked about. Either we want to show a lot of patients coming or what .. Sorry in advance, but we can't help but have to compare with other public hospitals.nnThank you very much and ask for consideration of all suggestions that have been submitted in order to improve the quality of the hospital in the future.

The administration section on the 1st floor has lots of people but their work is slow or they are slow to ask for mercy. Wait a long time.nHopefully the performance will be improved.
